In traditional housing construction, the space of the hut has always been arranged around the Russian stove. She feeds and warms. The whole life is built around her. The quality of life of a modern person directly depends on communications: water, electricity, Internet connection. Therefore, when building a house, they are the first to be taken into account.
The prototype of the name of the house, the saying "Near the stove you can't help but heat up" - "Near the stove". Reflects the dependence of a person on the benefits of modern communications, and the volume of a building on an engineering module.
The architecture of our facility is developing around an engineering module (power unit) - a core, an analogue of a Russian stove, containing a boiler room, a bathroom, a toilet, and a kitchen area. These premises have the maximum saturation with communications, require skilled workers and are the most labor-intensive in finishing. Therefore, in order to simplify and speed up the process of building a house, a ready-made "core" block, assembled in a factory, is delivered to the site already with all the necessary equipment and interior decoration. The starting house kit includes an engineering block: restroom, bathroom, boiler room; living block: entrance hall, kitchen-living room, terrace. If necessary, one to three bedrooms can be added to the main unit immediately or over time, depending on the needs and budget. This opportunity creates a wide palette of planning solutions. From the studio to the home of a large large family. Each subsequent house in the series is a completed version of the previous one.
In addition to modular (engineering block), we use prefabricated panel technology based on CLT. The rest of the rooms are arranged around the central core using prepared panels: floor, wall and roof. Transportation of panels is much cheaper than transportation of assembled modules, due to the possibility of compact loading. The use of modular technology is suitable exclusively for the sound engineering unit.
Thus, the presented solutions make it possible to easily start living in your own house with a minimum set, while having the opportunity to grow in the future. There is no need to move and build another house, it is enough to add a new building volume in the summer season according to the project.
For our project, there is an additional option in the form of an add-on carport with a utility area. This solution is available for any modification of the home kit.
